DRINX is the first and only app designed to help bars connect with customers in real time. It allows you to attract customers exactly when you need them, whether it’s during slower times or to promote upcoming events. Best of all, you only pay when it delivers real results.


The DRINX App is currently in beta testing across the Southeastern United States, with plans to expand north and west in the coming months. However, the app is available for use nationwide—no matter where your bar is located!

Simply click the drip link on the Home Page to sign up your bar today. Once registered, print out the provided QR code and display it at your bar so customers can scan it to redeem your offers quickly and easily.


The DRINX App operates on a results-based billing structure:

  1. Saved Offers: When a user saves your offer for potential redemption, you are billed $0.25 per user.
  2. Redeemed Offers: When a customer visits your bar and redeems the offer, you are billed an additional $0.50 per user, totaling $0.75 per customer delivered to your bar.

There is no charge to create and launch offers on the app. You only pay when the app delivers measurable results.


Signing up your bar is easy!

  1. Click the drip icon on the homepage to access the "Bar" home screen.
  2. Follow the steps to sign up or log in.
  3. Once your account is set up, print your QR code sheet and display it prominently at your bar so customers can scan it to redeem your DRINX offers.

After signing up, keep an eye out for your welcome box! It includes:

  • A window sticker identifying you as a DRINX participant.
  • A high-quality QR code printout with a stand.
  • Some exclusive swag we’ve created just for you!

Launching a DRINX offer is quick and straightforward:

  1. Log In: Start by logging into your DRINX account.
  2. Select "TIX": Choose either "New Tix" to create a fresh offer or select a previously used offer to relaunch with a new date.
  3. Fill in the Offer Details:
    • Tix Name: This is for your internal records (e.g., Bourbon Special).
    • Tix Description: Provide details for your customers (e.g., 1 oz house bourbon with Coke).
    • Drink/Item Name: The actual offer name (e.g., Bourbon and Coke).

  1. Choose the Category: Select the Tix Category (Beer, Wine, Liquor, Other) and refine it further by selecting a Tix Type. A photo of the offer will automatically be added.
  2. Set the Launch Details:
    • Launch Date: Choose the start date (immediately or a future date).
    • Offer Duration: Select how many days the offer will be active. We recommend:
      • 3–5 days for drinks.
      • 1 day for door cover or similar offers.
    • Tix Quantity: Set the number of offers (minimum of 100, up to 1,000).

  1. Click "Launch": Your offer is now live and ready for customers!


Our billing system is fully automated to make the process seamless for you. Here’s why a valid credit card is required:

  • Monthly Billing: We charge your card only for saved and redeemed offers, and billing occurs on the last day of each month.
  • No Invoices or Collections: We don’t send out invoices or follow up on past-due accounts. All invoices are readily available online for your records.
  • Account Access: Without a valid credit card, you won’t be able to use the app. If we’re unable to process payment, your account will automatically be disabled until the balance is paid in full.

Additionally, all credit card and PCI compliance data is securely handled and stored by our trusted payment processor, Stripe, ensuring your information is protected.


We’ve implemented two key measures to ensure that offers are redeemed only by customers who physically visit your bar:

  1. Location Tracking: DRINX users must enable location services on their devices. This allows us to confirm when they arrive at your bar using your GPS coordinates (latitude and longitude).
  2. QR Code Scanning: Customers must scan your unique QR code, displayed at your bar, to activate the offer. This ensures the offer is redeemed in person by your bartender.

All analytics, including redemption data, are available in your account at any time for transparency and tracking.


With DRINX, you can reach customers who are traveling to your area. DRINX'rs can add a travel zip code to their profile, allowing them to see, accept, and redeem offers in the area they’re visiting.

This means your bar can attract out-of-market customers who may not have been aware of your establishment before seeing your offer. By capturing their attention, you can bring new visitors to your bar—customers who might have otherwise chosen a competitor.


While you can create and schedule multiple offers, only one offer can be active at a time. We also limit each DRINX'r to redeeming a maximum of three offers within a 24-hour period, with at least one hour between redemptions.

This structure is designed to achieve the app's primary goal: bringing customers into your establishment. Once they’re there, additional offers aren’t necessary—they’re already enjoying your venue! This approach helps ensure both effective customer engagement and fair use of the platform.


Absolutely! While free drinks are popular, some states prohibit such offers, and you might want to provide a different incentive. Many businesses have successfully launched offers like free appetizers, cover charge waivers, or free swag through our app.

To create a non-drink offer, simply follow the "Launch a New Ticket" guidelines and select "Other" under the Ticket Type. This flexibility ensures your promotions can align with both your goals and local regulations.


With the DRINX App, you’re only charged if the app delivers measurable marketing results. Traditional advertising methods—like print, radio, or social media—often lack clarity on how many people truly see or act on your ads, leaving ROI uncertain.

With DRINX, you only pay when:

  1. A DRINX'r views and saves your offer to potentially redeem later.
  2. A DRINX'r visits your business and redeems the offer.

Here’s how the pricing works:

  • If a DRINX'r saves your offer, you’re charged $0.25. This means your ad has reached someone who values it enough to save it, increasing they will visit your business and a chance they’ll share it with friends.
  • If a DRINX'r redeems the offer, you pay an additional $0.50, totaling $0.75 per customer brought to your business.

Unlike traditional advertising, DRINX ensures you’re paying only for direct results—visibility, engagement, and customer conversions—making your marketing dollars work harder.


To view your offer results, log into your account and navigate to the Analytics section. Here, you can access real-time performance data for active and upcoming offers, as well as review results from past promotions. This provides valuable insights to help you measure success and optimize future campaigns.
