DRINX Is the first real time tool for bars to market to their current and future customers exactly when they want.  Why should you download our app? Do you like FREE drinks at your favorite bars??   Enough said.....

We are currently beta testing in the Southeastern United States, with plans to expand north and west in the coming months. However, you don’t have to wait to start using DRINX!

You can sign up  today by clicking either the Apple or Google  link on the home page and downloading our App. Once you’ve signed up, be sure to tell your friends and favorite Bars about us and get them to download and start using the App.   - No reason you can't start using DRINX where you live.

Redeeming a drink is easy! Here’s how:

1. Arrive at a DRINX-Sponsored Location: When you get to the bar, the available offer for that location will automatically launch. Alternatively, you can select a drink from your saved offers once you're at the bar.
2. Scan the QR Code: Look for the QR code featuring the DRINX logo at the bar and scan it with your phone.
3. Show the Timer to the Bartender: Once the timer starts, present your phone to the bartender. They will confirm your redemption by clicking the timer on your screen and then serve your drink.
4. If the Timer Expires: Don’t worry! Simply rescan the QR code to restart the timer.

Important Tip:   Do not click the timer yourself—this will void your drink offer. Let the bartender              handle it!

Location services are essential for two key reasons:

1. Matching Offers to Your Location: We use your location to show you relevant offers available at nearby bars or venues.
2. Redeeming Offers: When you redeem an offer, we verify that you’re at the correct location where the offer is valid.

Without location services enabled, the app cannot perform these functions, and you won’t be able to use it effectively.

Your safety is our top priority. Here are a few reasons why your redemption might have been declined:

1. Over-Serving Concerns: If the bar believes redeeming the drink would lead to over-serving, they have the responsibility to deny service for your safety.
2. Redemption Limits: You can only redeem one drink per bar within a 24-hour period. If you’ve already redeemed a drink at that location, you won’t be able to redeem another until the next day.

If neither of these reasons applies and you suspect another issue, please let us know using our contact form. We take every report seriously and will investigate the situation thoroughly.

Offer launches are limited—hence our tagline, "If you're last, it ain't free." Keeping notifications enabled ensures you’re alerted when new offers are available. Without notifications, you might miss out on great deals before they’re claimed!

If you’re not seeing any offers, here are a few things to check:

1. Home Location: The app uses the zip code you entered during sign-up as your home base. To verify or update it, go to your profile by tapping the Polaroid picture in the top-left corner of the app.
2. Search Radius: The app searches for offers within the radius you’ve selected. If it’s set to 5 miles, try increasing it to 10, 15, or even 20 miles for a wider search area.
3. Notifications: Ensure your notifications are turned on. Offers are limited, and other users may grab them quickly once they’re launched.

If you’ve tried these steps and still don’t see any offers, it’s possible there are no current promotions in your area. Stay tuned—new offers are always being added!

The travel zip code is perfect for planning ahead when you're on the go. Enter the zip code of your destination, set your desired search radius, and you’ll be notified about offers in that area as they’re launched. This allows you to save offers and have them ready for when you arrive at your new location!

You can save an unlimited number of offers! However, for safety reasons, you are limited to redeeming up to 3 drinks within a 24-hour period, with at least 1 hour between each redemption.

Your safety is our top priority. We strongly discourage overindulging and absolutely do not condone drinking and driving. Please use the app responsibly. Need a ride? Call Uber or another ride-sharing service to get home safely.
